- Electrical products (including circuit breakers, panel contactors, solar components, and high-voltage wiring) should be installed by certified electricians or qualified professionals.
- Shahbaz Electric is not liable for damage, electrical faults, short circuits, or accidents caused by improper installation, overloading, or misuse of products.
- Product images and brand packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.
2. Pricing, Quotations, and Orders
- Pricing: Product prices displayed on the website or quoted for bulk orders are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in copper, aluminum, and raw materials.
- Order Acceptance: Order submissions through the website do not guarantee stock availability. Orders become binding once confirmed by our sales team via phone or email.
- Taxes: All applicable local taxes and FBR sales tax requirements within Pakistan will be applied to commercial invoices where required.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and approved digital payment gateways. For bulk, custom panel, or special order imports, advance payments or deposits will be required prior to dispatch.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and Cargo Handling
- Deliveries within Karachi and across Pakistan are carried out using local courier services or goods transport (Cargo).
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and may be affected by weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional transport disruptions.
- Heavy or bulk items (such as wire coils, panel boards, and large fan shipments) may incur separate cargo/freight charges payable by the buyer.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty
- Inspection: Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. Physical damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Brand Warranties: Products carrying official manufacturer warranties (such as fans, LED lighting, or specific breaker brands) will be serviced directly according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policies and terms.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-cut electrical wires/cables, specially ordered panel parts, or items damaged due to improper electrical voltage/power surges are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Governing Law
